Save the Children এর নিয়োগ .......
As part of our strategic plan to grow into a High-Performing
Organisation, Save the Children International is creating two global
teams: Change & Deployment and Portfolio Management. We are
currently recruiting for both a Regional Change & Deployment Manager
and a Lead Regional Change & Deployment Manager, to be based in our
Asia region, to work within this newly created team and enable the
timely implementation of new supporting systems and business processes
across our global offices.
In these newly created roles, you will be responsible for facilitating
and supporting the country offices with each project roll out and
consolidation, ensuring active country/regional office engagement and
ownership to achieve a successful implementation. You will also ensure
all key stakeholders within your Regional and Country offices understand
the Change & Deployment methodology and its application. As a
Lead, you will spend around a third of your time providing leadership
and guidance to the global Change & Development Management team,
throughout the project lifecycle. For the Lead role, you will be
required to travel to London on a regular basis.
You will be an experienced and capable Change
Manager with a proven track record of delivering major projects
affecting business processes and systems in the field, in at least one
of the following functions: Finance, Awards, HR or Logistics. A
confident facilitator, with strong interpersonal skills, you will have
worked in a large, complex and highly-networked matrix organisation,
where you have been able to influence outcomes through ‘soft power’.
You will also have experience of solving complex issues through
analysis, definition of a clear way forward and ensuring buy in from a
range of stakeholders.
English language is essential for this role, and a
second language (preferably French, Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic) would
be highly beneficial. Experience of working in an International NGO
would be advantageous, but is not essential as we hire many people from
outside the sector whose values align with ours.
This role has a competitive package in the context
of the sector, and will be based within any Save the Children
International office in our Asia Region. You will be required to travel
to other offices within the region, up to 60% of the time.
